The top banner graphic was created by Jeff Remmer, art director at RetroActiv Games. Because his time is limited, I offered to do additional banners that would be (and are) used on the rest of the pages of the RetroActiv Games Web site. I used materials created for various RetroActiv projects to complete the banners. They will be changed on a quarterly so visitors will see the company's ongoing work.
Four game covers designed for Neo4D, a now defunct video game developer attempting to break into the PS Home market. I did the layout and typography for all of the covers in Photoshop, and colored the inked characters in SnowDash. Snowdash character art by Roger Robinson. Hot-Wired characters by Rick Schmitz. Secret Science Society and Nate Slate from public domain sources.

Three maps designed for books by Simonetta Carr, author of Christian Biographies for Young Readers. The topmost is from "Athanasius," the middle map is from "John Owen," and the bottommost is from "John Calvin." Each was developed in Photoshop and were designed to work in conjunction with the colors and mood of the book's painted illustrations and other graphic materials.

This is the color proof of the cover of "A Tale of Two Schools," a comic book I drew and colored for the Meal Magic Corporation. I drew the cover, colored the inked version (inks by Johnny B. Gerardy) and overlaid the typography. The lunch lady character at lower right is based on a bobble head doll that was a promotional item offered by the company.
Cover of "The Gun Nose Chronicles," a comic book I wrote and am on the verge of submitting to Dark Horse Comics for publication. The artwork is by Jeff Remmer. I created the Gun Nose Chronicles logo in Photoshop and then laid out the entire page using the same program.

Two background screens I designed for the Stone Effects game that Dave Dentt and myself created for Woodcrafters. The game highlighted how realistic the St. Paul faux granite tiles were next to real granite. These screens were attractive yet quite functional.
Created three label designs for Larry Krupinski's Urban Bear Winery. He chose the one in he upper right because it juxtaposed more vibrant colors around the bear along with warm tones in the lower cityscape. Krupinski says he will return for additional labels as he bottles more wines.

These are two guest artist views of the online comic character Danielle Dark. The bottom was composed in Photoshop. The top animation was created in Photoshop and animated using After Effects. The animation was created to loop.

This is an animated valentine called "Love Bites" that won first place in an online contest hosted by the Drunk Duck site. 2D artwork created in Photoshop and animated using After Effects.
